Was born on August 1, 1956 in Zaporozhye. Ukraine.
In 1977 finished military college. From 1977 till 1993 served in Armed Forces.
Has got five State and Government awards.
In 1995 finished studies in International Institute of Law. Has begun his career as a lawyer in prosecutor’s office.
From 2001 started to work as a judge of Appeal Court.
Married, and have son.
