Hugo Alberto Morbelli, I was born on march 17th of 1944. I`ve  learnt photography in 1974 with Mr.Pedro Otero, he was Pedro Luis Raota`s   master. The teacher started the lessons with Greek theatre to introduce me,  with the composition , and then he taught me, to evaluete and apraiciate the classic painters also deformed the reality. I was educated in Agfa Gevaerts courses that influenced me in the low keys monochrome pictures. According to the prohibitions occured during the Process of the Military Government, I had abandon the art expositions and photography. I returned during the digital era, in the middle of 2006, when I´ve obtained a few prizes. Later on I was “Condor” in 2007 and 2008 in Creative section , Gold Medal PSA in Luxemburg , Gold Medal FIAP in Aqcueducte 2008,Barcelona, Gold Medal FIAP in the first Virtual Salon International Quilmes, Silver Medal FIAP in Jau,Brazil , Honorable Mention in Sun Coast Florida, Bronze Medal in “Coupe du Monde” in France that the winner was my Foto Club Quilmes, 2 Medallas FIAP y 2 Medallas Mercosur, Honor Mentions in Colour and monochrome in the Copa Mercosur and many acceptances in China, France, Spain, Slovenije, Austria, Qatar, Bizkaia,Brazil, EEUU. and  in my  country Argentine during 2007 and 2008  I`ve  6 First Prizes FAF , 5 Seconds Prizes FAF, and 3 Honours Medals and acceptances. The “Condors“ was  exhibited in La Bolsa de Comercio, Centro Cultural Borges, Facultad de Derecho, Standard Bank Foundation, Municipalidad de Lanus, Colegio de Escribanos de Lomas de Zamora, Museo V.
